At Mimi Barnett House of Fashion, each piece is carefully selected and designed to reflect elegance, quality, and craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our garments, we maintain a strict return policy to protect the integrity of our designs.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

 

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

 

Items not eligible for exchange:

 

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

 

We do not accept returns on items that have been:

  • Worn

  • Used for events

  • Altered in any way

  • Damaged, stained, or with odor (perfume, deodorant, etc.)

 

Exchange Policy

 

We offer EXCHANGE ONLY within 3 days of delivery.

 

Conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unused

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Customer shoulders return shipping cost

Return Verification Protection

 

To protect our brand:

 

  • We reserve the right to (refuse) returns that do not meet our standards

  • All items are quality checked and documented (photo/video) before shipping
