  • Item must be free from perfume, stains, makeup, or any signs of use

5. Fit & Sizing Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before purchasing.

We are not responsible for fit issues. Minor alterations may be required for a perfect fit.

 

6. Color & Design Variations

Due to lighting, photography, and screen settings, actual product colors may slightly vary from images.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on slight color or design differences.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

We will review and provide a replacement if the claim is approved.

 

8. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
